Canon is vague about the extent of these abilities, but I'd probably put it roughly at like Captain America level where it's higher than a normal human but not to the level of gamebreaking like Superman. Since it's more an umbrella of related-skills than just one, I'm putting it down as a Large regain if that's ok.
